When messaging us please give us up to 48 hours to respond. Messages can sometimes get overwhelming but we try to get to everyone of them.

We use USPS First Class Mail for all domestic packages unless you purchase an upgrade.

When ordering wholesale packages please make sure all pattern numbers are noted in the notes to seller box at check out. If you submit your order without this info it can cause a delay.

Our products are custom order so be absolutely positive of your selections. When order monogrammed products please make sure that you leave initials in the message box as requested in the order of first name, LAST NAME, middle name. It is very important that all information be left in the format requested!!! We cannot second guess every order to make sure initials were left correctly, this is the customers responsibility.

** If package is damaged during shipping we require a photo of the damage and items and we will gladly replace the items. Without this photo we will not send a replacement.**

It is also very, very important to make sure the shipping address on your account is the address you want the item shipped to before you hit the submit order button. We will not take responsibility for items shipped to the incorrect address and will not refund items that are marked delivered by the usps to the address on your order. If items are returned they can be mailed back out once the customer purchases the re-ship. If you notice this information is incorrect or you need changes to your order please request a refund and place another order with the correct info. If you message us the correction we have no way to link the new address or changes to the purchase receipt, it has to be entered manually at the time of shipment and unless I remember you sent a message there is now way for me to flag the change.

We will correct any mistakes we make so please let us know and we kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to correct mistakes because unfortunately they do happen.

How should I leave my monogram?
Monograms should be left in the following order first, LAST, middle so if your name is Shannon McBride Weiss your monogram will be sWm. PLEASE USE THE lowercase, UPPERCASE, lowercase FORMAT.
** If you for get to leave initials with order please message me the initials in the order of first name, LAST NAME, middle name. My messages are the first place I look for missing info. I will not respond to initial messages unless I have a question.

Should I use the transfer tape on my decal? (only decals that come with transfer tape)
Yes, any other method of placing the decal on any item will will not work!! Instructions are included with all decals. If you did not receive instructions please message us and I will forward them to you asap.
**IPhone charger decals do not come on transfer tape and instructions should be followed**

I don't understand how to place my decal, can you help?
Of course, its a very simple process! Before doing anything with the decal rub over it to make sure the decal is adhered to transfer tape. Peel the decal with the transfer tape and place it on the item you want the decal on. You then should rub over the tape firmly to make sure the decal sticks, you can use credit card for small decals and for wall decals a plastic spatula works great. Slowly peel the tape from the top of the decal, if you notice decal coming up with tape lay it back down and rub over it again. Be patient :) The transfer tape on all decals made from outdoor vinyl is clear and transfer tape for indoor vinyl (wall decals) is white. *INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL DECALS ARE INCULDED WITH ORDER*

Are your decals fade-proof?
No, but they are FADE RESISTANT. Please remember NOTHING is fade proof. On items that are held a lot we provide clear vinyl over the decal or item to provide extra protection. Even with a laminate the oils from our hands can cause damage. These items are iPhone/phone decals (for the back of phones) and our key chains. If you wish to not have this clear vinyl then you just need to note it in "message to seller" box at check out with your other information for your order.

What is your processing time?
Please check your receipt for processing time. Different items in our store have different processing times.

My item is slightly flawed or scratched, can I get a replacement?
Sometimes items have minor imperfections that are out of our control because it came that way from the manufacturer(scratch). We are not responsible for small flaws that are not noticeable. We are also not responsible for decals being slightly off on keychains, we are only human and we do not have a machine placing any items for us so they may be off a millimeter or two!

I didn't place the decal correctly can I get a new one?
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for a decal being placed incorrectly. If there are extenuating circumstances please contact us to see if there is anything that can be done!

My item was supposed to ship today, why didn't it?
Typically the only reason for a delay in shipping will either be, 1.) We have not gotten enough information from you, i.e your monogram, style, or color, or 2.) It is a postal holiday, in this instance we will ship on the day AFTER the scheduled ship date, or the next day the post office is open!

Where is my receipt?
to keep our shop "eco-friendly" we do not print receipts, you can view your receipt online please go to My Account, Purchases and Reviews and find your order from our shop. Click the button that says "View Receipt".

Can I contact you if I don't know what color combination is best, if I want a custom color combination or a different font.
Sure, you can contact us for any reason! We are always hear to help with color combinations and custom requests! It is hard to make decisions on color using the computer screen. We can offer suggestions with the knowledge of know exactly what these items look like printed and cut.

What if I get the color combination but don't like it?
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the color combinations you choose so if you are not sure please message us, we are always happy to help.

Do you have bulk pricing?
We can do bulk pricing, just message me and we can work something out. Be sure to message how many, item (printed or solid vinyl) and size.

My item was damaged upon arrival what do I do now?
Please contact us immediately, we ask for 24 hours within delivery, and we would be more than happy to have a new item sent out to you. You must have pictures along with your claim in order to get a new item!

If you go to "My Account" and then click on "Purchases and Reviews" locate your order from Southern Ideology and it will tell you the Expected Ship by Date!

I made a mistake on my address, what now?
If there is a mistake on your address please contact us as soon as possible and we can update your order. I just need you to message me correction through etsy so that I will have a record from you stating address change and why. I will do my best to make sure the new address is used for shipping but if it is wrong I cannot guarantee it. It is best to request refund and repurchase your item.
